I was walking towards canteen 1 with my friends after lessons and while approaching the canteen, i saw an auntie walking out of the canteen. Let me describe what she was wearing and how does she looked like first. Blue checkered shirt, grey pants, big gold-framed glasses and a big brown bag. She looked like she’s in her fifties, not very big eyes, small nose, not very small mouth (LOL). She looked as though she’s rushing for time. She’s walking very quickly. Perhaps she’s rushing to meet someone.
She was walking out from the canteen in a fast speed that i had to move away as i was walking towards her direction and that works! But she bumped into someone else accidentally instead. I thought that the auntie would curse her in her mind but she said sorry to her in a very apologetic manner instead and she continued walking. In that spilt second, i remembered that i had to observe 2 people for my storytelling assignments so i turned around immediately and looked at her. The auntie walked off in still a fast speed instead of turning around and look at the person whom she bumped into. I thought she was rushing to meet someone but as i watched her, she began running towards the bus stop. So she was only rushing off to take the bus.

I was sitting on a brown chair. Same thing, let me describe him first. He’s wearing a white shirt, black jacket, dark blue jeans and black-framed spectacles.
He was listening to what his friend was saying. Instead of looking at his friend, he was staring hard at his laptop. Maybe they just had a small arguement. He seems to be in deep thoughts, probably thinking about what his friend had just said. This made me feel like eavesdropping on them but i did not because it would be too obvious for them to realise that i was listening to their conversation. I started wondering what the guy would be thinking. He probably would be thinking how will his friend react if he decides to turn around suddenly and scare him. He might be agreeing or disagreeing to what his friend was saying. After a few minutes, he started packing up, kept his macbook in his bag, stood up and walked off. Perhaps they were just strangers sitting together, using the same table.

There’s not much physical description of the second character and not much of your insights and thoughts on the first character. These are very necessary in observation because they help you create well-rounded and believeable characters for your stories.
